Meet Mallory Kaehr

Mallory Kaehr joined Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter in 2024, bringing valuable experience from both Indiana and Kentucky courts. She focuses her practice on family law, guardianships, and criminal defense—areas where she can directly guide clients through some of life’s most challenging moments and make a meaningful impact on their futures.

A native of Zionsville, Indiana, Mallory earned her B.S. in Psychological Sciences from Purdue University in 2014 before earning her J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2021. Following law school, she served as Staff Attorney for Chief Circuit Judge Jeremy M. Mattox in Kentucky, honing her skills in research, writing, and strategic legal thinking. Mallory’s dedication to law is inspired by her family’s long tradition in the field, as well as her own passion for helping others navigate complex situations.

Outside of the office, Mallory is active in her community and will begin serving on the Board of the Shalom House in Lebanon in 2026. She shares her home with her husband and four dogs, and enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and watching true crime documentaries. Guided by her belief that “it is not the problem that defines the path forward, but our response to it,” Mallory approaches each case with careful preparation, a strategic mindset, and a commitment to turning challenges into opportunities for her clients.

Whether advocating in court, contributing to her community, or enjoying time with family and dogs, Mallory exemplifies dedication, thoughtfulness, and a genuine desire to help others.
